Terrific selection priced well. I interacted with their team and owner and have to say they all were a pleasure. My perception of how they market themselves was that this was a value cheap type furniture place that mostly ordered out of catalogs. I went cause it was close to home not expecting to like much. I was wrong. I feel like their marketing doesnt match the product or the experience. They had terrific pcs. With flair and quality. Also carried Ashley which came as a surprise. Glad I ventured in. They also price matched a home office for me. Go...you will be glad you did!

Some of the best and friendliest customer service I have ever experienced. They take time to learn your name and remember you even if you last visited a few weeks ago. Their sales representatives were very helpful and kind and always not too far away should you have a question. This was nice because they were not hovering over you or interjecting why one model is better than another even if you didn't like it, they were far enough away to let you comfortably shop but close enough if you had a question, comment, or concern. All the products are made from a quality, solid, and sturdy wood. They also have a rotating stock so if you don't like what you see come back in a few weeks or months and most will have changed. Another added bonus is this store is technically in the county so you are taxed 1% less than the other side of 17 as that's the city and 2% less than further down the road because of that stores city location. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be shopping there for quality sturdy furniture in the future. Excited for the white glove delivery in a few weeks (you don't have to worry about any moving, set up, or clean up. They show up assemble it, put it where you want, and clean up their mess after they're done).

We just moved to Sun City Festival and went to American to buy quite a few items. We loved the service. No pressure, just call em when your ready. David Lopez was our original salesman and he was great. Tonight our salesman was Damon McNeff and he was equally great. Thanks American for a very pleasant experience.
