We bought this mattress in a queen size, and also bought 2 full and 2 twin size of the same mattress--all for our cabin. They are so comfortable, and were also easy and quick to ship to a somewhat remote location. The full and twin mattresses are on bunk beds and those fit perfectly. Our kids say how comfortable they are and how well they sleep on them. Our queen mattress has just the right amount of firmness, we've been sleeping really well. I also needed to update the shipping address and customer service was so helpful, nice, and made the changes I needed really quickly!

Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review.
My mattress arrived in a timely manner, around March 16, 2024, and I am typing this on April 22, 2024. It seems comfortable enough. Unfortunately, just about every morning since then, I've woken up with a sore back. Often this is slightly before I'd have preferred to wake up.
I've never had previous back issues; before this mattress, only camping equipment (like sleeping on the ground or on a simple cot) would induce the same effect.
This said, I'm hopeful that the situation will improve on its own.

So far,I'm loving it, bought this to help with my bad back, after 45+ yrs of construction, and one minor back operation, I needed something better to sleep on. At my wife's insistence, I quit complaining and bought my Serta. It cut deep into my motorcycle parts and trip fund , but WELL Worth it 👍.

The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I'd say it's nice, supportive mattress that's on the firmer side.

This is the worst mattress. I got it a month ago because it was cheap and I swear I haven't slept good since. I've slept on my couch more than this mattress. Never had back pain before, now I get it every single night to the point where I can't sleep. Awful. Have to go buy a new one.

We put this mattress in our guest room and we've had many friends and family stay with us over the last couple of months and they all found it very comfortable and had great sleep. My cousin has serious neck and back problems and he finds it especially great. Personally, I prefer a stiffer mattress, but I wouldn't mind sleeping on it if I ever got kicked out of the bedroom.

My fiance, who like the plushier beds, and I, that like the firmer beds, both have a great night's sleep with this hybrid bed! Perfect blend of support while being plushy and feels like it countors to your body. We've been sleeping on this for over a month and every night feels just as comfortable as the first.

My husband and I have spent a month sleeping on this mattress so I believe i can leave a fair review. At first, I thought there was no way this mattress would provide the support we both like. Fortunately I was quickly proven wrong. Although it is soft, it contours your body perfectly and provides just the right amount of support. We both wake up feeling refreshed and experience zero back/neck pain.

This tranquil wave mattress has been amazing and comfortable to sleep on. I feel supported and firm but soft enough to feel cozy and sleep well. My neck and back don't hurt nearly as much. My husband who often has a different preference of mattress then myself has enjoyed his sleep as well! I love that it shapes to my body and supports where I need it most. I like that it adjusts to our movements. So whether on my back, side, or tummy I'm comfortable. Most of us already know Serta as a trusted brand so it's no surprise they always supply us with super value and quality mattresses. The only problem I have is not really wanting to get out of bed! I highly recommend and have recommended to others already! A must have for a good nights rest!

I have this new fun idea of a mattress in a box. I opened the box and the wrapper, then laid out the mattress. It is simple looking, not fancy. It was comfortable to sleep on. Felt like it was contoured around me. I slept well.

The Tranquil Wave 11" hybrid mattress is so comfortable! It came packed in a box, we let it open and get puffed up for 24 hours. My 16 year old son who has extreme back pain from an motor vehicle accident, has been actually getting amazing sleep. I've slept on it too and the gel mattress topper part was so forming to my body. It's a very comfortable and affordable mattress.

We use this tranquil wave hybrid mattress in our camper. It's thick and so soft! It's very comfortable. We just went on a long trip and we slept great on it every night. This is not a firm mattress, it's plush and soft, but it's not too soft. My husband and I think it's just right.

I'm amazed at the quality. I only waited 12 hours & it was ready to use. I love the medium firmness. It provides the perfect support. When I move around on my side of the bed, the other side does not move. I have been sleeping much better.

This Mattress is great! It's the perfect mix of soft, but supportive. It's in our guest room and I've had the last two guests ask if they could take it home! We've only had it a few weeks, so I can't speak to the longevity. But it seems really well made!

I received the Tranquil Wave 11" Hybrid Mattress and we absolutely love it! Cool Twist Gel Foam Cooling is swirled directly into a breathable foam designed to promote airflow and heat dissipation. The 825 individually wrapped coil system makes everything just work perfectly. My husbands tossing and turning can't even be felt and he moves a great deal. He has insomnia and he rests more now than he ever has probably due to uncomfortable beds. He is so satisfied and we both are so comfortable that we always look forward to snuggling together. Its so amazing and we wake up to no pain or stiffness whatsoever. We HIGHLY recommend and definitely give this a 10 out of 10! We are looking into 2 more for our son and daughter. Amazing! Also, it comes in a box that is so easy to unwrap and this must be the easiest way of receiving a mattress. We are so happy with this brand and mattress!!

I wanted this as a replacement mattress for my school-aged daughter. This is a hybrid mattress, spring coil with a memory foam layer. The 11 inches are mostly coils, The memory foam layer is about 3-4 inches. I would not say that this mattress is firm. The springs do give quite a bit but when you lay down it's not so noticeable. This would be good for light or average weight individuals. I would not recommend this mattress for heavy set individuals. This mattress is good about not getting too hot, which was the problem with her old mattress.

Serta never disappoints! Quality and comfort is what you get! If you are looking for a firm mattress this one isn't. It's soft and comfy with a cooling gel top layer that keeps you cool. It supports like a traditional spring coil mattress with out pressure points.

I am kind of picky about mattresses. I am not a fan of all memory foam mattresses and I also don't like to feel coils when I sleep. The Tranquil Wave 11" Hybrid is the perfect solution! It is the perfect balance of support and softness. I am super happy with this mattress. I highly recommend!

We've had this for about a month and so far we are very happy with this mattress! I like that it's a hybrid with with both coils and foam. Somehow, it makes it feel both plush and supportive. I've had back and neck problems in the past and have not had any since. I also like how easy it was to set up. I love the bed in a box set up for ease of delivery and getting into the room that you want it in. I will say that this is a very heavy mattress and getting it set up on the bed definitely requires two people, but it is so simple. Keep in mind that it is folded in half and rolled. They provide you with a "letter opener" to cut the plastic which is nice, but it really didn't work too well. But once open, it puffs up very quickly! I also like the flexibility of using this mattress with or without a foundation. We currently have it on a foundation but will probably eventually get a new bed frame so we can eliminate the foundation. The mattress is so thick that it makes it almost too tall with a foundation. With the foam on top it measures almost 12 inches, which makes if seem very sturdy and secure. However, I do not find it "cooling." It seems like I've woken up hot many nights, but that could also be because the weather is getting warmer. Or perhaps mattresses with foam are just warmer than the traditional that I am used to. Either way, I think this is a comfy, quality mattress and the ease of set up is a much appreciated bonus!

First things first, the bed was extremely easy to set up. It is heavy and I did need help getting it upstairs, but I unpacked it and put it on the bed before my husband even came back up. That being said, it fluffed up really nice from being in the box. Its extremely soft, yet you will still feel supported. This is definitely a bed for people who like their mattresses on the softer side. My kids said it's like sleeping on a cloud.

I have to say I have been sold on the "bed in a box" !! This bed is so very comfortable. I had originally tried one at a vacation house that we rented so I looked at the mattress to see what it was. I decided to take the plunge and get one for home...I am so glad that I did. I sleep great at night with this new mattress. It is not too soft or too firm. Just perfect.
